Meet Benjamin
I've grown up in Goshen. All of my foundations are based here in our community. I grew up in a family committed to service and values. Whether it was church, scouting, or the family unit itself, I was raised in an environment where service to others as a way of life was expected.
I believe that as a candidate, and your next mayor, I bring a balance of youth and life experience lacking in government today. I offer my earnest conviction, willingness to serve, and confidence born out of respect for this office.
As mayor, I will work to restore responsible leadership to our city hall. I will listen to our community, and work to build coalitions to grow our city.
I will keep standards high to maintain public trust in our government. I will make sure customer service is made a high priority as we stay focused on creating a government that serves you with respect and kindness. I will make sure our city staff are heard and respected, and have the tools needed to do their job.
We must encourage development and restore housing affordability for all residents no matter their socioeconomic standing.
And more than anything else, I want to focus on the little things. The boring things. The infrastructure and personnel issues that directly affect the resident. Our government must serve all of our neighborhoods with fairness and equality.
